Aceon is used for lowering high blood pressure in patients suffering from hypertension. In this way, risks of strokes, kidney problems, and heart attacks associated with high blood pressure are also minimized. Dosage of Aceon
Initially, you will be advised to take Aceon 4mg tablet once a day. The maximum dosage that a patient can receive is Aceon 16mg per day. As a maintenance dose, Aceon 4mg to 8mg per day will be appropriate, either as a single dose or divided into two doses.
For elderly patients, the recommended daily dose may be Aceon 4mg per day as a single dose or divided into two doses. The Aceon dose for elderly patients is not recommended to exceed 8mg.
