For patients suffering from creatinine clearance between fifty one to eighty mL per min (mild condition) or creatinine clearance between thirty one to fifty mL per min (moderate) renal impairment, the recommended starting dose is twenty mg to be taken once every day. This dosage of Adcirca can be increased to forty mg to be taken once every day depending on the patient’s tolerance towards the medicine.
