Asmanex Twisthaler should be taken through oral inhalation. You should inhale deeply and rapidly while taking this medicine. You may not experience a lot of improvement for up to 1 to 2 weeks after start of the treatment. For patients in the age group of 12 years and above, the dosage may be increased to provide additional asthma control. Higher doses of Asmanex Twisthaler have not shown to provide better results. The recommended dosage of Asmanex Twisthaler for patients in the age group of 4 years and above is 110 mcg to be taken once every day in the evening.
