Belara is a contraceptive pill used by women to prevent a pregnancy. The drug contains two hormones: chlormadinone acetate, a form of progesterone, and ethinyl estradiol, a form of estrogen. The medicine falls under the category of oral hormonal monophasic contraceptive pills.
