Ciloxan comes as a solution and also as an ointment for application to the eyes. Suggested dosage of the 0.3 % ointment is 0.5 inch of ribbon, thrice for the first two days and then twice a day for five days. The 0.3% solution is used more frequently, between once every 15 minutes to 4 hours when awake. The course of the drops usually lasts for one to two weeks. Use the drug exactly as directed by your doctor.
