Side effects of Naprosyn E

Naprosyn E is an oral tablet that comes in the following strengths- Naprosyn E 250mg, Naprosyn E 375mg and Naprosyn E 500mg.
The recommended dosage of Naprosyn E for treating rheumatoid arthritis, osteoarthritis and ankylosing spondylitis can be between 250mg and 500mg, given twice a day. The maintenance dosage is recommended to be kept at 750mg to 1000mg per day. When Naprosyn E is being given for treating skeletal or muscle injuries, the recommended dosage is 250mg, given two to three times in a day.
If Naprosyn E is given for treating pains and cramps caused by menstrual periods, the recommended initial dosage is 500mg, which is then followed by 250mg once every 6-8 hours. The maximum recommended dosage in this case is kept at 1,250mg.
