General Information on Neptazane
Neptazane is a medication given for the treatment of glaucoma. The generic name for Neptazane is methazolamide, which is a carbonic anhydrase inhibitor.
Neptazane works by reducing the activity of a naturally produced protein in the body called carbonic anhydrase. As a result, the amount of fluid made in the eyes is reduced, which consequently reduces the pressure in the eye.

Side effects of Neptazane

Dosage of Neptazane

Neptazane is known to interact with several other medications, including diflunisal, primidone, cyclosporine, aspirin, salsalate and lithium.
