Nutrizym 10 is used for relieving pancreatic exocrine insufficiency, including chronic pancreatitis, fibrocystic disease in the pancreas, pancreatic cancer or surgical removal of pancreas or stomach. The active ingredient in the medicine is Pancreatin, and it belongs to the class of pancreatic enzymes.
The medicine is available in the form of oral capsules. Enzymes in the medicine work by digesting the food that passes through the intestines.
Side effects of Nutrizym 10
Do not buy Nutrizym 10 if you have allergy to the medicine or to pork proteins. Allergic reaction may get triggered in such patients. Symptoms of such an allergy include the appearance of hives, breathing problems, severe dizziness and a swollen face, throat, tongue or lips. Look out for such symptoms if you are using the drug for the first time.

Drug Interactions of Nutrizym 10
Other medicines that contain the same ingredient include Creon Micro, Creon 10000, Nutrizym 22, Pancrease HL, Pancrex and Pancrex V. Inform your doctor beforehand if you are already taking any of these medicines.
Your doctor will not recommend you to buy Nutrizym 10 along with acarbose, an antidiabetic medicine. Former may decrease the blood glucose reducing effect of the later.
Apart from these, inform your doctor about all the prescription and non-prescription drugs you are taking at present, including health and nutritional supplements and herbal preparations.
