Prednisolone, the main active ingredient in Pediapred Liquid, belongs to a group of medicines known as corticosteroids.
Prednisolone is a synthetic form of a natural substance produced by the adrenal gland, which is known to have immunosuppressive or anti-inflammatory properties. The drug works by suppressing immune system’s response to a variety of diseases and reduce symptoms such as swelling, pain or allergic reactions.

Side effects of Pediapred Liquid
