Premarin Injection is a compound that is isolated from the mare’s urine. It is a mixture of hormones called estrogen (estrogen is a sex hormone, predominantly present in women). Based on the response of the patient the dose of the drug may be repeated after 6- 12 hours time. Premarin injection drug must be administered under medical supervision by the health care provider. It is not advisable to administer any other drug/ agent along with the drug through the IV infusion.
