You can resume to 50% of the original dosage if the dermatologic toxicity shows improvement to less than equal to grade 2. You should permanently discontinue the dosage if toxicities show recurrence. However, if toxicities don’t recur, you can increase the dosage by 25% until the dosage of six mg/kg is obtained.
