General Information on Zoloft
Zoloft is indicated in treatment of obsessive-compulsive disorder, major depressive disorder, social anxiety disorder, posttraumatic stress disorder, panic disorder and premenstrual dysphoric disorder in adults. The recommended adult dose to treat premenstrual dysphoric disorder in women is 50 mg of Zoloft once daily. The dose may be given throughout the complete menstrual cycle or only in last two weeks of menstrual cycle.
