Zortress is a prescription drug used to curb immune system reactions that surface after an organ transplant procedure. The immune system shields an individual from infections, but in rare cases, it may also treat a newly transplanted organ as a foreign body and reject it, leading to adverse and often fatal consequences. Zortress is administered to patients who have undergone an organ transplant so that the new organ/s can be accepted by the body. This drug is available only in tablet form and must be taken orally.
Zortress works by inhibiting mTOR (mammalian Target Of Rapamycin), which is a crucial regulatory kinase. It also works as antigenic to the stimulated proliferation and activation of B and T lymphocytes. Typically, doctors advise patients to buy Zortress and use it in combination with cyclosporine. Side effects of Zortress

Dosage of Zortress
The standard approved dose for Zortress is two tablets a day with a glass of water. Each dose is to be taken after a gap of 12 hours.
