HOW TO ORDER
Ordering Prescription Drugs is Safe and Easy!
If you are an existing customer and would like to place a refill, please log in to your account to place your refill order online.
You can call us at toll free 1-866-940-3784 to place your refill order over the phone.
Option 1: Order Online

Buying Prescription drugs online is safe, easy, and affordable. To place an order online, simply follow these simple steps:
1. Find your medicine be entering the brand or generic drug name.
2. Select your dosage & quantity, and click on Add to Cart.
3. Once you have added all of your medicines to your Shopping Cart, click on "Continue Checkout >>"
4. After completing your online order, send us a copy of your prescriptions or provide your doctor's information

| Kindly note that we can only process orders that are submitted with valid prescription(s) from licensed physicians. You will be required to fax, mail, or email us a copy of your prescription. You may provide us with your physician's contact information and we can obtain the prescription(s) directly on your behalf. |
Option 2: Order by Phone

To place your order by phone, simply call us at toll free 1-866-940-3784 and one of our Customer Care Representatives will be happy to gather your order details over the phone. If you would like us to call your doctor to obtain your prescription, please provide us with your doctor's phone number.

Complete and sign your Order Form.

Please note that North Drugstore can only process orders that are accompanied by a valid prescription. We offer a free doctor call service whereby we will call your doctor for you to obtain the prescriptions. You can also mail, fax, or email your prescriptions us.
As per our company's policies, full payment is required before any order is processed and/or shipped. If you are mailing your order forms and prescription(s) and would like to pay by check, you will need to include a VOIDED check in order for us to debit your bank account for your order.
We will process your order in 1-2 business days, upon receiving all of your required information. Given that there are no issues with your order (eg. discrepancies while verifying your prescriptions, processing payment, etc.) you should receive your order within 7-10 business days on average.
