Shipping Update – January 2022

Shipping times are now closer to normal. However, due to the latest outbreak of the highly contagious Omicron strain, we are anticipating some potential delays in our shipping times. We will provide updates as the situation changes.

Our normal shipping time averages 1 - 2 weeks. Shipments may now sometimes take an additional 2 – 4 weeks to arrive, depending on the source country of your order. Shipments from the United Kingdom and Canada are generally quicker than from other countries.

Please note that these times are averages and individual shipping times will vary. We highly recommend that you place your order at least 2 – 4 weeks or more ahead of your normal reorder time to avoid running out of your medication.

We offer a shipping guarantee when you place an order with us. If your order does not arrive within 6 weeks from the date it was shipped, we will re-ship your order to you at no additional cost.

Call Center – New Hours effective January 17, 2022

Our new call center hours of operation are now 7:00 am – 7:00 pm Central Time, seven days per week.

These changes are due to staffing issues we are experiencing caused by the highly contagious Omicron variant. We anticipate that we will expand our call center hours again within the next 2 – 3 weeks.

If you are experiencing increased hold times or are calling outside of these hours, please leave us a message or send us an email and we will get back to you as soon as we can. Due to increased demand on telephone networks worldwide, you may experience some intermittent connection problems. If this happens our agents will call you back.

If you have any questions about any changes in our service please do not hesitate to contact us. Our staff are working tirelessly to ensure the timely fulfillment and delivery of all orders. The health and safety of our customers and staff is our highest priority and we remain committed to providing service at the highest level.

The generic name of this drug is Fluticasone and Salmeterol. While Fluticasone falls under the category of drugs known as anti-inflammatory corticosteroid, Salmeterol is a bronchodilator. Fluticasone reduces flaring within the airways and Salmeterol works by relaxing the muscles surrounding the airways.

Side effects of Advair Inhaler

You should not buy Advair Inhaler if you have a known allergy to Salmeterol and Fluticasone. An allergic reaction to Advair Inhaler can lead to skin rashes, itching, facial flushing, hives, swelling of the lips, tongue, or throat, closing of the throat, shortness of breath, wheezing, or difficulty breathing.

The side effects of this drug are divided into two categories, less serious and severe. Less serious side effects of Advair Inhaler include: throat irritation, nausea, vomiting, thrush in the throat and dry mouth. You should consult your doctor if any of these symptoms become severe or persist for a long time.

You must consult your doctor immediately if you experience any of the following serious side effects after taking Advair Inhaler: chest pain, tremor, increased blood pressure, irregular heartbeat, worsening asthma symptoms, or cough with green or yellow mucus.

Certain drugs such as diuretics, beta-blockers, antifungal medicines, certain antibiotics, antidepressants, MAO inhibitors, and others may increase the risk of some of the side effects of Advair Inhaler. Inform your doctor about all the drugs that you are currently taking before starting treatment.

Advair Inhaler falls under pregnancy category C. In other words, the safety of this drug in pregnant women has not been established. If you are pregnant, consult a doctor before using Advair Inhaler.

Dosage of Advair Inhaler

Advair Inhaler is available in three strengths- Advair Inhaler 45/21, 115/21, and 230/21 Inhalation Aerosol, containing 45 mg, 115 mg, and 230 mg of fluticasone propionate respectively per inhalation. The amount of Salmeterol per inhalation is the same in all three strengths, that is, 21 mcg of Salmeterol per inhalation.

The recommended Advair Inhaler dosage is 2 inhalations per day. A higher dosage is generally not advisable as some patients may experience side effects due to an increased dosage. However, the actual dosage may vary from patient to patient. You should take your medication exactly as prescribed by your doctor.

Your doctor is likely to prescribe a lower strength of Advair in the initial stages of treatment. If there is no adequate improvement in your condition after two weeks, he/she may prescribe a higher dose.
