General Information on Isoptin
Isoptin, with the active ingredient verapamil hydrochloride, is used for treating high blood pressure, heart rhythm disorders, and chest pain. The generic name of this drug is Verapamil. This drug falls in a category of drugs referred as calcium channel blocker, or CCB.
